I couldn't afford to go to Barber last year (or the year before :( ), but, I did save some money towards it.
Anyway, I spent it when trailer at Harbor Freight went on offer for less than $300.00 ($299.99 + tax ;D )
It's the 1780lbs load one, total weight1980 max (more motorbikes than I'll ever carry ;) )

Quick assembly, (nothing is tight yet), bought pressure treated lumber for flooring as I know even marine plywood will separate unless covered (or you buy crazy expensive grade)
Putting a tag on it will be the next expense, may not make Barber this year either ::)

PJ I was going to grab this model too on that sale, but I would have to do import paperwork and wasn't sure how it would go. I read that the bearings are suspect but they sell a better upgrade right at HF and trying to remember what the other thing to fix was, both were cheap but made a huge difference in the trailer towing and reliability.

get a set of bearing buddys or the hf equivalent

they keep the bearings greased and full at all times

Maritime - to import it to Canada? In Ontario to get a trailer plate you just walk into the MTO, tell them you have a home built trailer and for $40 they hand you an ownership and a license plate that's good forever. Slap it on whatever trailer you want.

Drive down with a plate, buy the trailer, stick the plate on it and drive it through some wet muddy fields on the way home.

LOL can't do that. It isn't that big of deal I guess. Apparently with a store bough trailer with a vin I can just pay tax then get it registered when I get home. I just didn't know the rules while I was in the area with the closest HF and could have got the trailer. I may still make the 2 hour drive to get one though as they are dirt cheap.

Tap and die sets, torque wrench, and a decent black and decker rotary tool.

Stainless steel brake lines, fork seals and a new airfilter for the CB550

I went to Home Depot and picked up an Angle Grinder and some accessories, nothing fancy.

I then went and picked up the MOTHER LOAD of RD parts. If I told you what I paid you wouldn't believe me.
