Mostly. I decided to wear them (for the first time) this morning. I made it to the end of the street and had to turn around. They're too stiff and I couldn't shift out of first. :p

I might have to adjust my shift lever.

I had the same problem with my Daytona's years ago. I hate breaking in boots which is probably why I haven't had a new pair in 7 years but when you get a good pair really well broken-in they're awesome eh. Sometimes I even forget I have them on. I go to take my jeans off and oh yeah... :)

Ha! I have always wondered about that. I totally dig those boots though. I'm sure in time they will wear real nice and fit like a glove.

Just picked this baby up a few hours ago. 79 KZ650. Near mint. Gonna keep it all stock.

Very nice, looks to be in mint shape. They are great bikes, you'll love it. Going to have to change your name to aZhonda now :)

Ha! I know. I always had some regret for choosing the name I did for this forum. At the time I had like 4-5 Honda's in my garage. Now a Yamaha and Kawi.

Az, go to your profile settings you can change your display name to whatever is available. You still have to sign in with the AZhonda but you can change it. I used to be Maritime biker but everyone just shortened it to Maritime so I changed my display name to that.

Just got this Midnight Maxim front fender for $20... no dings so it should clean up pretty good.

John, I've been checking out their stainless mufflers - they look awesome. I'm sure they sound mean as heck, too.

They're definitely well made. I'll can't wait to hear this exhaust, I'll definitely take a video and post it in the sidecar thread. This is the 12" slip on 2" ID stainless muffler by the way.

I've got one of their shorty reverse cones on my kz440. Check the link in my sig for a video of how it sounds on my bike if you're curious.

not exactly motorcycle related but here she is (one for you Herr Deacon)

she's a 4 month old Great Dane, we picked her up from the breeder this a/noon, she's out of an Australian Champion bitch and is as sweet as we could hope for, it'll be a while but we're after an Irish Wolfhound to keep her company.

yeah it sucks with the lifespan of all the giant breeds, but with a good breeding background and modern vet care its more like 10+ years, heres hoping anyway
and anyway i just couldn't see myself with anything smaller, I'm 6'5" so it'd look like i was walking an upholstered rat,
danes and wolfies look kind of normal beside me

Oh my, brings back so many memories. Mine has been gone 10 years and there's hardly a day goes by that I don't think about him. They are great dogs, congrats. Have a name picked out yet?
