Me thinks you're taking our Aussie "speed kills" slogan a little too seriously Rich :p

New fueltank for classic endurance racing :)
(needs new seat, clip ons and a fairing of course)

Yeah, you're a lot faster on straights with clipons compared
to handlebars (even if you ride flattrack style). I also have
the impression that they make me ride smoother...
But the superbike handlebars make cornering more fun,
they provide maximum control. Would always be my first
choice for street riding, though they don't look very cafeish.
Nevermind, look at least a little tracky...

Btw., I like that little Mazda!

Kind regards
Sven

Haven't posted much but I'm too stoked about this to not post it. After a 25+ year lapse I'm taking up guitar again and seeing as I have a bit more money now in my 40's than I did in my teens, I bought a 1/2 decent guitar to play with.

Got it 2nd hand with a hard case, Sperzel tuners, Gretsch Filtertron pickups and a Compton stainless bridge installed, all for the same price as a new one. She's pretty spanky. Now if I only knew how to play :)

Will post up a proper pick of the actual guitar when I have a chance but it looks like this:

Diggin' That Mazda.

Are those aftermarket BBS or the factory 2nd gen RX7 vert. wheels? They both look the same, I'm just curious. I've got a set of the vert. rims on my RX7 and they look identical.

You have good taste ;)

Picked up a set of aluminum wheels with stainless spokes, supposedly off a CB550 or CB450. Nipples are rusted. Both hoops are 18". Deal included a 74 CB450 tank and side covers, a CB550 cover, crash bar, and a CB550 headstock. Seller says he's got the title somewhere too, I hope he can find it. All for $95!

I was having problems removing the slides out of carb bodies on my roommates gl1100. So I decided to try and hunt up another set. I found a set on CL for $250 and they came with a complete 82 gl1100 aspencade.
