Yeah, I asked him why the increase and he said it was because its such a rare bike (gag me) so I says good luck and let me know how that works out. Few days layer he says back he'd take less if I bought it that night. So I go over, pointed out how not road ready it it (he said differently in talk) and get the bike for 400 bucks :)

Good on ya brother! I hope to get my hands on an SOHC 750 soon. Nice little brat project maybe. The engine looks so tough after you remove everything stock and can really see it

Thanks! Unfortunately this bike is even farther from road ready than I thought. Exhaust collector is crap and so is the can. Master cyl needs rebuilt, needs a petcock, and headligght adjusting parts, turn signals all around, seat mounts welded to frame, the list goes on... oh well, I love polishing turds :)

Sorry for the glare from the piping - and I don't know what the little specks are on the bag. They aren't visible normally.......
I'm thinking you got a CSI camera Rich and were REEEAAALLLLY happy about your new gear! ;)

Not strictly my purchase.

My pal bought me the model Manx Norton [ 12" long ] for taking him with us to Reichenau this Summer - nice one

I hate how tapatalk rotates the foto but you get the idea. New set of Cortech Latigo leathers...sidi boots, and not shown is my new bell helmet and alpinestars gloves. Now I have the rest of the year to recover from this purchase haha!

Jason and I bought 250 each of these kickstand coasters to use at the Ace Corner :) We'll be giving 100 or so away to the first people who are admitted to the Ace Corner area, and we'll use some of them on the DO THE TON display bikes :)

And maybe we'll sell a few for beer money ;)

That auxiliary tank is a "must have" for shakedown and fine tuning as well as for dyno runs. I leave the regular tank and all the bodywork and seat at home when I go to the dyno and just use one of those. Is that one from Motion Pro or is it a copy (cheaper?)
