Nice set of thin wall Ti Leo Vince's. What does the collector look like and is it a true merge collector?

Not for the faint of heart... After I adore them for a minute I am going to cut them up for the spigots and make a set of header manifolds to spring mount this R6 header to a 42 year old CB-K2: The collector"s" are 4 into 2 stock and after I modify the valve and remove the excess, i plan to weld the y pipe back on and finish it all with the DG can, bu not before modifying the baffle and shortening that also... I will have under $250 in cash into the project, but it would easier to just buy a Yosh copy from the TON lol.

It even came with an extra set of brand new looking tips!
That is a cute little stinger ding ding dinger!! I have only seen 1 up close and in person in that condition, lots of baskets along the way. I wonder if you could 180 the jug and head, make some manifolds for the carbs, cut some rings for some straight expansion chambers and make a TZ out of it haha... Just kidding of course.

RD

More Ti Leo to tie things together and the sealed side rad donor for my new (DIY lol) oil cooler with mini bung for a temp gauge?? maybe:

isn't that a water heat transfer oil cooler ?

It's a KTM 85 right side rad, the left has the cap and crossover tube to join them. I plan to (hopefully) heat and free the in/out tubes and replace with AN fittings then take it to the local rad shop for a fresh dip and re solder just to double up on assurance of no leaks.

If any of you have some experience with converting MX rads to oil coolers specific to CB750 even better... please, I beg of you to advise.

What's the advantage to converting an MX rad over going with a similar sized oil-specific cooler? You can get baja and rail coolers with as little as 4 passes.
