When should the 2012 Summer GTG be held?

Her husband will be with her on his own bike. I think their plan is to ride together on Saturday. She tends to get motion sick on twisty roads and is a little afraid to ride her own bike on the dragon for fear of puking in her helmet. She figures that if she's on the back of a bike and needs to hurl she can just lean off to one side and let it go. My girlfriend was gonna come but couldn't get out of work.
 
Well good news. Signed an offer on the house. Wont make thidms gtg as money willremain gone until close end of june, but looking up for july-on gtgs. Cheers

That is great news! Sucks you wont be at the gtg, but im sure its a huge financial weight lifting
 
Man I wish my collar bone was healed up so I could just rent a bike to take up there. But I don't think my shoulder could take 4-5 hours of riding.

Man I feel for you, but you'd just prolong the healing, if not screw yourself up worse. We'll do plenty of sitting around bullshitting, ask Shane from last year :)
Ryan said the 10 day forcast is looking kinda shitty, we may get rained out.
 
Hope it doesn;t rain on you guys we had a great weekend here and in Maine. it was 70-80 and sunny. Wife and I had a great ride. Wish I was going to the dragon, but I should be golden for next year.
 
Maritime, have you changed your mind about going. Just want to know whether to bring an extra bike for you. I will be there sometime Friday afternoon with trailer and pick-em-up truck. My pal Thomas will be with me, he is bringing his R65 BMW. Think I will be riding my MotoMorini 500 Sport. We will be loaded down with beer, soft drinks and a couple of tents. Our campsite will be easy to spot......... ugliest green truck with lavender pinstripes and lots of paint damage (I love that truck). Everyone is more than welcome to stop by, introduce yourself, and enjoy a few cold ones. Wine will be available for the ladies and some whiskey for all you hardcore fuckers....... errrrrr ......... I mean hardcore drinkers. Looking forward to seein' everybody there....... be careful and have a safe ride.
 
Friday afternoon for fix and I. He's ridding down to Cleveland Thursday and then we're trailering down. Wanna show up fresh and ready to ride. Plus we can fit more booze in the truck.
 
We'll be here all weekend starting Friday afternoon/evening. The Tempter won't be able to make it, I was the last to find out the shop i'm working for is going under, and had to put everything off a few weeks to move out all of our equipments and crap...

We'll have the military bobber and the 750EZ (a.k.a Ferarri haha) out for riding with everyone though and anyone who needs help working on a bike or who would be interested in checking out a few of our custom builds and old bikes is welcome to come by the house and hang out. (We live 4 streets and maybe... 4 or 5 miles? from the camp site. I can be at the camp site in about 5 minutes or less if i'm feeling froggy.)

We just acquired a 1964 Omega Ken Kay Custom 125 Sport Special - one of only 500 ever built being the first batch of Kawasakis ever imported into America. So.. if anyone is a kawi fan and wants to see a pretty little scooter is welcome.
 
Mike, Ryan will be there. He's riding down solo so be doesn't have to wait for us slowpokes :)
