Been a minute since this thread was updated so here's a little something. Live edge coffee table for the wife for christmas. Has since had the knot filled and 2 more coats of poly on it.View attachment 237110
I like this, throw some oxblood stain on that baby and the grains will become 3D almost.. very cool gift, dude, your wife is sure to be happy with it!

Thanks. She validated before I started. She's been looking to replace a gifted tabke she hated and I've been sending ideas for years. This one stuck so its her gift. If I suprised her it may have been as bad as the one her mom bought 6 years ago she hates LOL.

Looks nice. Your little one is no longer a toddler so you won't have to worry about her falling and hurting herself on those edges. I've always liked the live edge stuff.

yep, she's good now, no worries of bumped head or of writing on it with sharpies LOL.

Nothing big, but I decided I wanted a better looking stand (than the harbor freight unit) for the DR650 bobber for an upcoming show. It may also spend the rest of the winter in the living room as well, so it'll work for that too.
