yeah i hear ya.. but man those cr500 swingarms i have are like made for these bikes.. it slides right in, maybe like a 1/16" of space that needs to be shimmed. and then its just plugging in the rear warp9 supermoto.. and they do all different colors which is nice. the front wheel is def more tricky, i had to go through buchanan and they hit me up for nearly 400 for a hoop and spokes.. but they came and are perfect so i cant complain there..

not sure i could measure the rear axle for you when i get home if youd like.. you could maybe just maybe squeeze the 190 in there.. would be offly tight though... im only running a 160 cause i believe to my knowledge, thats as wide as you can go on a 4.25" wide rear rim, and thats as wide as warp 9 will lace up for me. i think your rear rim is like 5.5 or 6.

So a buddy of mine had a older gsxr 1000 swing arm laying around and gave it to me. The axle and all fits up so that's good but idk if I like the boxed look.

can you do some grinding and remove that upper portion where i believe the shock mounts into? seeing your going to run dual shocks i dont see why you couldnt chop the upper portion off, maybe it would look a little less boxy then..

Yea I would cut that portion off. Makes a good splash guard.

How much longer is it than the CB swinger? 2-3 inches? Wonder what the added wheel base might do to handling.

yeah surprised to see how proportioned it looks, i love it. yeah gotta stay with that rear tire, its awesome... my rear swingarm is like +6 over stock so im wondering about handling as well myself..

I forgot to mention that when I had my gixxer1000, I did a goodridge dual braided brake line kit on the front and got rid of the "crossover" line that runs between the calipers. WAY better brake feel...

hey so tonight when i got my front end parts back from the machinist, i put the all balls bearings into the stem of my bike, and the lower issue that you were having with the extra space, i had as well.. although i pushed my bearing seat all the way into the frame stem, and when i installed the forks, it still cleared and turned nicely.. just thought i would let you know, not sure which way would be correct, but my lower stem sits perfect without that old spacer you used.
