Got a little work done over the weekend. Now that I'm back at work, time to upload!

SUNDAY:

Finished up Painting the headlight bucket/rim.

MONDAY:

Mainly polishing. I think my fingertips have a near-mirror finish.

good looking triple man. i have its little bro, the 750, i'm working on. my lady friend said the same thing about the bike being two-up.... oh well. it has the power for it, hahaha. nice colour. it pops.

Yeah, man. The two up seat is hard to pull off. I'm probably gonna make a seat 2.0 later this month. Best of luck with the 750!

Drilled my main jets out to 1.5 mm last night. Worked like a charm! any and all backfiring, stuttering, etc is GONE. Still wish i had fully adjustable carbs tho. Gotta hunt down some mikunis!

Got quite a bit of work done since the last update. Been working on hiding the battery and wiring. New seat in the works.
I cleaned, drilled, and polished my levers. New turn sigs on the way. Shaping foam for the new seat(s).

Overall, diggin the way the seat pad turned out. And you can't beat free!
Gonna shape the foam for the cowl later today, hopefully glass it this weekend.

Thanks man! I'm liking it too. Thought i needed some brown grips to match, so i ordered some NOS Magura grips yesterday.

Been carving up some florists foam for a new 1-up cowl. Trying to echo the dents from the tank. What do you guys think??

Thanks for the input, guys! I agree with you on the taillight thing too. this is just a temp set up while i make up my mind. I needed to throw em on there to spin around town. I am just gonna use one of the in the end, havent quite decided where and how yet....

Haha, nope. I work as a computer tech at a college. That was in one of the offices that a work order led me to. Scared the piss outta me when I turned the light on!!

Been outta state for the past week, time to start up the progress again!

Singkiwi, its an AGM battery. So no worries!

Got my new grips and turn signals in the mail and mounted. Ready for some glass this evening. Here's a pic
