This is gonna be a bratty build for my wife: 82KZ750 Twin. Running, only needs a few things.

Nice. Plenty of grunt there.

Got all this, realized the front caliper was frozen and the MC needed rebuilt... Back to the parts store I go!

Just picked up these two dudes tonight. Buell blast and gs1200 chopper done professionally. I think it has a 240 rear.

Thats an 1100 or 1150 chopper, early GSX motor (GS in USA)
May have been bored though, you can take them all the way to 1750cc/200+bhp (around 320 with turbo+ nitrous)

Thanks PJ!.

I just drove a little over a hour one way towards Rich's territory up in MI ;D . made it home at 9:30pm and had to be in to work at 11pm so I had just enough time to drop them off, snap some pics, shower and leave.. I got them due to a series of unfortunate events and paid a good amount for them but I think the resale will be fairly easy and profitable... The Buell is already running and pretty much ready. The chopper needs a little, I hate the through the bars slide tube controls. Never had much luck getting them to work good and the clutch one is stuck and the throttle cable is broke... I'm going to do more research on the bikes in the am.
I knew the motor puts out quite a bit of HP. Thanks for the expertise, it saved me time on my research 8)

No clue... I am not a big fan of choppers and it's the first chopper I've bought (technically).. It was fairly cheap so I grabbed it... Plans: clean it, ride it through the neighborhood once or twice and sell it.

My first thought "kill it with fire." I'm terribly sorry but...wow. At least you intend on getting rid of it. I apologize for sounding harsh but then again I don't like most choppers to begin with. The other bike isn't bad though. Any plans for it?

mark13018: That Chopper has the engine I have been looking for to do a 7/11 swap on my GS750. Depending on what you want for it I may be interested. OR I can trade you a running '81 750 engine for the lump you have in that bike. If you're just gonna flip it what do you care what size the holes in the motor are. ;)
You're in Ft Wayne and I am in Kendallville... we need to talk!

I don't like choppers at all either and I'll never build one... Turns like a semi, feels wobbly, can't pass a speed bump, hell I barely got it on my trailer!.. I mostly buy to either collect or sell to make money for my other projects. This chopper is getting sold as soon as its running... It's done nicely, just not my style/taste.

The buell I'm unsure about.. I've really liked some of the street fighter or tracker type customs I've seen in the past. Maybe that route... My brother and a friend are already bugging me to give it up and I just picked them up!.. We'll see.

Buells seem to always turn out well when you're doing a street fighter build. They are the CB750 of the street fighter world IMHO. Good luck with it. I'm excited to see what you do with it.

On that chopper you could probably make more money off it by yanking the 1100 engine and selling it separately from the frame, like HD there are lots of people out there looking for that one.

I just noticed the funky two chain primary/secondary drive system. Post a few pics of that thing. Curiosity

And for pulling the motor and selling just the frame, no vtwin is going to fit in there. Much easier to sell as a running bike. Got a vid of the motor running to hear that beast?

I mean..... No..... you should't part it out and instead negotiate the sell of that old outdated motor for table scraps to HD. No one really wants it, he would be doing you a service taking it off your hands.

(How was that HD? 8))

The 7/11 is GSX-R 'oilboiler' swap with later SACS engine
