Here's the pump I used to pressurize it for the forming.

While I would love to bend some perforated baffle tube to match, I think I'll have to settle for pie cuts. Those will look awesome in stainless. How are you going to make the baffle?
The one in the picture is too big, I just upsized the small one 150%. So it's almost 5" at the big end. I think the 4-4 with smaller pipes would be better.4-1 would sound fantastic. looks pretty nice, as well. 4-2 or 4-4 might balance things out more and give a more vintage look, though.

I'll do some small reverse cones on the end, just to make mounting the baffles easier. But a lot of the honda race systems had a small reverse cone.I really like the mufflers. Go with the 4-4, in the end it will be worth all work and time instead of make a 4-1 or a 4-2. I reallt like the "megaphone style" with no reverse cone in the back of the muffler I think it's will be a cellebration to thoose vintage Honda race bikes like the RC166.
Patience is the key. Saving for the right parts, walking away when you get frustrated, stopping when something isn't quite right and figuring out why it seems off. Rushing causes a lot of waste.I could build something just like this.
If I had more skill, patience and vision. Other than that I could probably do it.
It's going to get some. Just haven't made it that far yet.Nice. I vote for reverse cone tips.
