The Norda

Those will look awesome in stainless. How are you going to make the baffle?

Maybe 4-1? I'll mock up the 4-4 and think about it.

4-1 would sound fantastic. looks pretty nice, as well. 4-2 or 4-4 might balance things out more and give a more vintage look, though.

The one in the picture is too big, I just upsized the small one 150%. So it's almost 5" at the big end. I think the 4-4 with smaller pipes would be better. View attachment 242317

I really like the mufflers. Go with the 4-4, in the end it will be worth all work and time instead of make a 4-1 or a 4-2. I reallt like the "megaphone style" with no reverse cone in the back of the muffler I think it's will be a cellebration to thoose vintage Honda race bikes like the RC166.

I'll do some small reverse cones on the end, just to make mounting the baffles easier. But a lot of the honda race systems had a small reverse cone.

The problem with frame swaps is sometimes a simple part gets complicated. Cylinder 3 had to get its exhaust hub shortened .35" and some pie cuts in the tube to clear the frame.

I could build something just like this.
If I had more skill, patience and vision. Other than that I could probably do it.
Patience is the key. Saving for the right parts, walking away when you get frustrated, stopping when something isn't quite right and figuring out why it seems off. Rushing causes a lot of waste.

I'm still learning as I go. It's why my welds are getting better as I go. I did some real hack work when I was younger. It took years of practice to get decent.

Mufflers are tacked on the first side. I'll stare at it and think for a bit before welding solid. I think I'm happy with it, but it's easier to give it a little time and make sure I'm happy. I'll sit on the bike and make sure I'm not going to melt a shoe or burn my leg too.
