Garage Rat, That wasn't very helpful.
I think both are pretty good. The nice thing about having both is they some times cover something the other book didn't. I have found that the different way a picture is taken can be helpful as well.
If you can and money's not an issue just get both...

We are a big fan of American made. To me there is a sense of pride in knowing that making our products here pay a wage to someone who may have a family. The other is the fact that this country has outsourced for so long that we have become a society of " I want it cheap" who cares about...
If all these bikes look the same then do something about it. We sorta felt the same way. So Cafe Fabrications decided we would make our own stuff and give our build the look we wanted. Cafe Fabrications was never meant to be a business. It just happened that way. Ya a lot of Cafe Racers do...
Re: Lansing MI area...
Dude MI, is far from an expensive state to live in. I was born and raised their. I now live in NY now ( you want to talk expensive) I still own a home in Metro Detroit that I rent. I have no idea where this $375,000 for a home is coming from but not true at all...
Well I didn't actually buy them I made them. As some may or may not know I am a very avid cyclist. Well there is this thing in the bike world called Press Fit 30 Bottom Brackets. While it's a great idea the parts available are a Big Pile of Hot Steamy Shit. Tired of BB that creak s and works...

Here is a sneak peak at our second build if you didn't see it in Mid Ohio.

Dude Bell Motorsports hooked it up with Cafe Fabrications. I received in the mail yesterday the new Star, Matte Carbon helmet and a dozen of their new classic t's. Bad Ass! The Helmet is quite amazing I might add. Bell is for sure back and making some damn nice equipment...
The goal with this harness will be to eliminate a lot of the unnecessary wires and leads that come on the factory harnesses. So in a sense these would be universal to most models. These bikes that we build are suppose to be simple and that's how I want to make the harness. The harness would...
Totally disagree here. Our battery is mounted under the swingarm. Not attached to the swingarm. There is room depending on the dimensions of your battery. We made a small box that holds the battery and its protected from the elements. Check out our website WWW.cafefabrications.com if you look...
Here is a video of me doing a descent in Majorca, Spain. I exceeded 55mph on this mtn. Not my fastest on the road bike. I once reached mid 60's in the French Alps. That was fing crazy and fun.

This thread has been done before but I don't think I played. So I am biting this time around.
I am also a big cyclist and own several bikes.
Ones not pictured are Red Line Monocog, Spooky Cycles Metal Head with 14 speed Rohloff hub, Merlin Fat Ti which has CannonDale headshock, Rocky Mountain...
I am curious if people here would be interested in being able to buy a wiring harness that could replace your old worn out one. I am looking into having one made that would be very basic. Signals, lights, starter switch , and all the necessary leads for coils and charging system. Would this be...
