Background info: 71' cl450 cafe racer. No gauges, no blinkers. New headlight. New tail light. New coils. New sparkplug cables. All new switches. (the starter switch i have is from dime city, its the basic "on/off" switch)

I connected the two leading from the "starter" and then the two leading from the "kill switch" and that's all. I didnt know what to connect the kill switch too so I connected it to what the Wiring Diagram called the "Dimmer Switch" assuming that was the same thing.

Hey how's it going, I jsut bought a couple new coils for my 71 cl450. I was wondering how to wire them. I have the diagram in front of me but I dont know what to connect to the positive and what to connect to the negative poles of each.
So i bought a cl450 off someone and i decided to redo the wiring since it was falling apart. Apparently who ever had it before had done a bunch of custom wiring and used different colors for everything. What is the best way to go about fixing all of this?
Ok so after careful inspection my clutch seems to be set up properly, however, Is it normal to be able to move the plates around while they're in there? I can wiggle them back and forth to create a gap on either the inner most area (as it looks in the above picture) or on the outer most area...
its a 71 cl450. I have the dished plate as the inner most one. I thouht thats where it said to put it per honda manual. The beveled edge of the inner most plate is facing the engine. And im not missing a pair either, im wondering if it has anything to do with the springs or how worn the plates are
