Cut the clip on's down to about 26~27". 30+ is way too wide for a narrow bike like 360 ;D
I was going to suggest tube nuts but xb33 got there first 8)

Haha ok.
I was wondering if anybody had any measurements for wheel travel @ the rear. I know this will vary due to rider weight. I don't want to run into tire scrubbing issues after I weld the hoop on. Should I just sit on it and crank some straps down on the rear? What is the best way to determine this measurement? I will be running stock tire size. NO oversize stuff!!

Pull the springs off the rear shocks and they'll fully compress to where you can measure everything.

I think fully compressed shock is either nine and a half or nine and three quarters long.
I have an adjustable 'strut' I use to check for tyre/wheel interference
Haven't had anyone ask for a while

Been a little while since an update but I've been really busy lately and haven't had a lot of time for the garage. There has been an addition to the garage though. My wife's been wanting a bike ever since she sold her last one. We picked this 09 Duc M696 today. Only 3400 miles on the clock. Very clean bike and couldn't pass it up.

Thanks man!
I actually bought the gauge lights from radio shack. I stepped out for a minute but as soon as I get back to the house I'll take a picture of the package.

Thanks! That's a high dollar NASA tire right there. I spared no expense
