Friend shot me an image from another manual and it looks like my diagram has the ball in the wrong place, looks like it goes on the outside of the clutch lever. If anyone has any experience with this please feel free to comment.
Sorry for the poor quality
1974 CB360T, My clutch cable has seen better days and I ordered some new controls and cable. Seemed like an easy task but that left side engine cover that the clutch cable goes into was welded on by years of dirt and corrosion on the guide pegs. I really had to use force to get it off, and when...
Re: CB350 burning plugs
When you added air filters did you put the factory setup on or did you install pod filters? If you went from open carbs to factory i could see that causing a rich mixture.
I didnt have an issue with the soot but i was killing plugs every couple months. They would just...
I took my cover off to change the cable and I guess that is what confused me. It was full of dirt for one, and once I got that cleaned out I was removing the cable and the thing that goes up and down with the ball bearings just came out. It had a ton of bearing grease on it, so I cleaned it up...
Most people just get a 3'-4' pry bar and just pop them out. You can stick the top fork tube in the oven for a couple minutes and then try if its really stuck. There is a guy on here that fills them up with water and screws the top back on, then he compresses the fork a couple times like a pogo...
Had a similar issue and I had a butterfly flipped around so it wouldn't seat properly. Also found a microscopic hole in my diaphragm but im not sure that would affect idle.
Im running UNI pods and stock exhaust in my 360. Running stock jets it runs pretty well, has a flat spot 1/4 - 1/2 throttle but its not bad enough to make me start changing jets and twisting screws. I did go to a hotter plug which seemed to help, I would burn out the stock ones every couple months.
Here is a link to where I got mine. It doesn't say the size but its the part number on my order history from last year.

That's his build thread, also check out allballsracing.com for the fork conversion chart.
There is a member on here that has successfully done a swap, and it was with Honda forks not gsxr. Ill try and dig up the thread. Basically there is a bearing website which gives you a conversion chart and you have to Frankenstein between the new front end and the CB front end to get everything...
Guys I'm stumped by something seemingly simple again. Trying to remove my clutch cable cover and I removed the shifter and 4 screws but can't get that thing off to save my life. Is there anything else I have to remove? Clymers just says remove cover. There is a nut on a bolt of some type that...
