actually - if the pipes are in good shape, you will be able to sell them very easily on ducati.ms A new set of carbon cans is usually 650-1350 depending on brand. you can usually get 2-3 bills for a set of non-butchered, non bashed cans. I sold a set of cans with some rash for 150.
I like the forza's, which are really re-badged sil-moto's, giacomoco (what I have) or termi's or who-ever. you get the idea. they come up for sale often, but honestly, unless yours are really mild steel mid pipes, there's no reason to change. The duc exhaust from the factory was very good, and the performance gain/change on slip ons isn't much. The stock/aftermarket low pipes you will drag in the corners if you ride hard, at track level riding mind you, not just going to the store through the canyons. There is a set of factory high-mounts, from the ss/sp/f.e. monoposto, but good luck finding those. Any 2v exhaust will fit. st2, 900ss, m900, st3 you get the picture...
post up a good side shot of the can's...
Like I said before, factory ducati cans are very good. the only reason people switch is for the sound or looks. Their 2v motors make torque, not hp, and you don't gain hp on exhaust on the 2v without going to a spaghetti headers or the like, then you loose the torque from a merged system. short answer - no jetting required when changing cans.
