Hah, I was making sure everyone was still awake last night . . . Hard to put a price on these old machines, but for sanity's sake, Tim is correct Did I mention the frame/engine numbers match?
Got the bench seat off in prep. for the solo seat. The rear fender and frame under the seat, which have never been exposed, were coated with a film of no idea what- took lots of elbow grease and 1/2 gallon of gasoline to get it off. The paint underneath is excellent, thankfully. FWIW, gasoline is one of the best goo removers- it is safe on paint.
After seat removal and a bit more polishing:
