I picked up a Cozy 100 vespa sidecar for cheap its new Then I picked up a 1978 KZ200A with 438 confirmed KM's on it. I have all of the paperwork on the bike from purchase After a long chunk of research on how to best attach the bike to the sidecar I have settled on a small mod to the mounting system. From there I am going to add a wheel rail to it so I can tow a bike on it more specifically the 1978 KZ200a Cafe that I am finishing ( the pic is how it looked when I got it back and is getting sorted out) or the Cb100/200 cafe. That will be interchangeable with the sidecar seat pod thing.
Fantastic. You'll have a lot of fun driving a sidecar. I also want to change some things with mine to allow for easy change between a wheel rail and sidecar tub.
Hell yeah!! I thought I was getting a deal with my GT380 that was pretty mint, but needs a good motor put together from the spare that came with it. Wonderful score.
I had to walk out of work and do this one, Lucky I don't have a boss per say, but the bike is still in my truck on the lot (gated lot) so I will hear some banter.
I only once before received this much info with a deal:
Funny story, mu Uncle wrote code for the old punch card computers and somewhere I have a bunch of "fan cartoons" from him, you just grab the pile and fan through against a light source and the holes create a moving picture... really cool.
