Wiring is the least of the issues :-(

It's def. a 73 K model and it still has the exhaust end cones which are worth more than you paid for the whole bike. Side covers are available as are most other bits. I noticed that the oil tank appears to be completely empty and that means that either it was run dry (bad) or it has drained into the bottom end. That may turn out to be a blessing in disguise though if it kept the crank submersed in oil.

What are your plans for it - custom or stock, rebuild motor or just try to get it to run?

There are a few GT750 sites and the best is probably Zookie581's Sundial http://www.suzuki2strokes.com/forum/
Ian Sandy (oldjapanesebikes), one of the guys on there, has a shop manual and piles of other info on his website too for reference.

You could also look on ebay for a Clymer/Chiltons/Haynes manual.

Teazer,
My thoughts were to get it running if the engine were sound, but with the information that you are giving me it looks like I will need to have a look at the cylinder's to make sure that it has not been run dry and also have a look at the bottom end to check for wear. However the engine turns over with the kicker and it actually sounds like it has good compression, I haven't done a compression check, the gears shift through and feel smooth from rotating the sprocket and manipulating the shifter up and down. In the long run, after getting the engine lined out, I would like to swap the front end and rear swing arm for a more modern suspension and better handling as well as to save weight. What is your advise on this? I do not have any experience with 2 stroke engines. Also there are only 2 cones the left cone is shot. I will check the links that you have listed as well.

Thanks for the help.

Ive had a JD2 Model 32 bender sitting in my bedroom for over a year. Finally got around to modifying an engine stand I bought off of CL by hacking it to bits and re welding it to suit the bender. Modified it to use an 8 ton air over hydro cylinder and presto, I have a vertical or horizontal full hydraulic bender. My next project will involve custom frame work.

Hope he didn't make too big of a mess.

What size is that little sucker? I'd love to pick up a stroker like that.

It's a '75 G3SSE 100cc "Monster"! :D I'm having a hoot ripping around the city on it this summer. It's gonna get some suspension upgrades, modern wheels/brakes (stock brakes are AWFUL!), a pipe and a solo seat over the winter. 8)

Just picked up this one today. 1967 hodaka ace90. Second owner since 1969, was a machinist and did all performance upgrades in 1970. 100cc big bore racing piston kit, racing clutch and almost everything else.. A little rough but hey, its a 1967... Also scored these two manuals, a skid plate, and another luggage rack. ;D

Nice score!! These little 2 stroke beauties are becoming quite popular around here! 8)

Happy Day...Just scored these on E-Bay. NOS Honda Needle Jet set for CB360...The needles are available aftermarket, but the part that wears is the needle jet pressed into the venturi...

The price was normal price (if the dealer could get them). $17.50 each...

Sophie is going to be happy this winter when I freshen up her carburetors.

Shit got real on the xs fast.

For reals man... I have honestly spent more money on parts for this bike than I've ever spent for an entire motorcycle, which isn't saying much but... I want it done right. Always been a chopper guy at heart and am getting too old and tired to not have a good solid and reliabke bike around. The R5 will still be ridiculous amd likely attempt to murder me on a regular basis though. ;)

I was synchronizing my carbs last week, and the vacuum gage was all over the place. I needed some damper valves....I ordered these on E-Bay...Came today...

Little Stainless steel air valves for Fishhtanks. Will be perfect to smooth out the vacuum pulses....cheap, and only a week from China....
