Ha, I have the same tag on my KLR. I got to fly a plane when I was about 12, so that counts, right? Right?

Sure, I guess so. I've flown a little and got to fly a USAF FB-111 simulator once so I suppose that qualifies me as well.

Years ago (probably around 1980) I had a friend in the RAF.
He got me a 'Remove Before Arming' tag that looks very similar to the remove before flight.
Don't remember where it is now though
