what do you think the reaction of local shops would be if I took them in some metallic gold powder to use? How much do you think it would take to coat 2 boomerang comstars? Is this a viable option?

We are doing a full build in the shop for a customer. His victory has been full of unexpected finds! every now and then you really have to work to get a part to look good... stripped off a pulley and found that the casting was a nightmare!

after we got is all smooth

too cool not to post this... centers are done in solar rain and the lips are in our chrome!

that is the chrome that we stock in the shop

here is a shot of the lips after we broke down the wheel and shot the chrome... our shop does tear downs and reubilds on 2 and three piece wheels, as well as repairs on rash, bents, and cracks. We can then reseal a multi piece wheel

all the adjusters and spacers are coated

when we did the swing arm we shaved out the casting line

we pulled all the bearings and seals, then shaved it... here is a shot before blasting

has a really trick look to it

we try all we can to be a one stop shop for our customers, being able to offer mechanic, welding, metal fab, powder, paint, tire work... basicly anything here in the shop really makes things easier on our customers
