We got the bungs tacked in place for the aircraft latch. Welded a small round bar for the leather for the latch. Finished mounting the forward tank mounts. Zeke made another rear set. Progress.

Looks good guys, but PLEASE do one thing for safety. Never leave the key in the chuck after removing/setting the workpiece. It hurts. Bad.

Whats the purpose of the tapered front face on the cb350 plunger, would reshaping the cb200 plunger be worth while?

We split the lower end at Fullers to vapor hone it and thanks to DTT I remembered that there is a bolt inside the oil plug that needs to be removed so it was pretty easy. Just heated the Honda bond up and a couple of whacks with the dead blow it came apart.https://vimeo.com/157124466
