That's a bcr tank an tail combo. Expensive. They're plenty of seats that go over the frame. Just have to look around an read up on build threads to see what they used and what you like. I don't like that seat at all in the first pic.

Did they come with a Mikuni throttle cable? I pretty sure you cant use the stock one.
