I went to the local metal recyclers to recycle some ahhh... aluminum. I was talking to the dude about stuff and I looked between my feet and there was a set of four carburetors tied together in a nice pretty row with all of the linkages and everything. I got aroused severely. I tried to look...
I've got a really nice '73 350F tank I'd like to mount on my 72 350 Twin. I'm thinking it would be easiest to move the mounting pegs for the rubber dampers on the frame and modify the rear mount but this is my first try and I don't want to screw it up.
Got any suggestions?? Pictures of before...
To install clipons, rearsets and a cafe seat with upholstery, what extra parts will be needed and what would be a general cost not including paint for a budget Cafe Bike?
The bike is a CB350K Honda that runs great and has no major defects.

Would anybody happen to have the float bowls for all 4 carbs on a 73 CB350F? I got a nasty set but the bowls are gone and they won't work without them!!
Thanks,
FMTL
Would someone be so kind as to post a picture of what the steering stop on a CB350K looks like? Mine is broken off (with both resulting dents in the tank >:( ) and I'd like to put one back on so it doesn't happen again.
Thanks in advance.

Just did a de-rust of a pretty nasty 1973 CB350F tank. It had flaking rust inside but the steel and paint is in good shape for it's age. All done but now there's a coating of black, slimy goo all over the inside of the tank (but no rust). What happens next? Should I wash it out with water or...
Is there a place on the forum to borrow/loan tools? There may be things I'd like to borrow and things I would loan to members. Is there a place to do this?

I will trade my alternator puller to anyone for the cost of shipping and nothing else with the restriction that it is never held with pliers and is made available by post in this forum to be swapped to anyone else on the forum for the cost of shipping and is subject to these same requirements...
Might I suggest that all check out Texas Jeans!!
They are made totally in the USA right here in North Carolina (Texas Jeans???) by Americans (unlike any of the other jeans you'll buy in the local MegaMart) and are sold only through the internet...for now. Prices are reasonable and the jobs...
A retired gentleman was hired at Wal-Mart and quickly became one of the most valuable employees with one exception. He was late every day by 5, 10 sometimes even 15 minutes.
Realizing this couldn’t go on the Supervisor reluctantly called the old boy to the office.
“Mr. Jackson, I realize that...
The starter on my CB350K has been acting crappy, ie. turning over the engine a time or two then making a horrible grinding noise. Tried the starter clutch and found a couple of broken springs but that didn't fix it. Then I remembered the description of the planetary gears in the nose of the...
Honda and other aftermarket suppliers want $15.00 to $25.00 for a "Special Tool" to pull the alternator on CB350 and other early motorcycles. DON"T BUY IT!!!
The Alternator is pressed onto the tapered end of the crankshaft and held in place with a Woodruff (Half Moon) Key and a retaining...
Where can a fellow get the rubber diaphrams for Keihin 772A Carburetors? They come off a 1972 Honda CB350 twin. I know I've seen them for sale but can't find them anywhere now.
Thanks in advance!!

On a 1972 Honda CB350K, I'm of the opinion that there should be no oil under the alternator cover. That is a place that should be dry and if there is oil on there there is a seal that is FUBAR. Are these correct statements?
I'm asking because I pulled the cover off and had oil there and it...
Need Help!! I have Keihin carbs with 7220 JK stamped on the left carburetor. The bike is stock. Can anyone tell me which type of rebuild kit I will need? I'm not finding a lot on the net to provide identification.
Thanks,
FMTL
I did a search for "Honda Carburetor Manual" and didn't find a specific manual so I'm posting a link to 360 Carburetor Manual. If I've posted something already here I appologize.
