    CB360 Backfiring Sound

    Have you set the timing correctly? I had no problems with mine first time around..., adjusted cam chain tension, adjusted valves (went over 2-3 times) checked ignition timing, made sure each coil was sparking in-sync with how I adjusted the points.... Just went step by step through manual.

    How I mounted my seat.

    This is very similar to how I did my seat. Only issue I'm finding with mine is the back end kinda jiggles so I might have to support it by bending some aluminum bar under the backing of the seat cowl. I just dont want it to bend and crack the paint.

    What's the normal prep for spraying fiberglass? I've read 120, 400, 1000+ but what about for Appliance Epoxy, wouldn't that adhere well to fiberglass....
