    exhaust pipe inlet size

Hey everyone. I'm bidding on some pipes for my GS 400 cafe, but I don't know the inlet size I need. I'm pretty sure the pipes are 1.5 inches in diameter, but the bike isn't here. Does anyone know the standard size of the exhaust pipe on early 80's japanese bikes? thanks Steve

Parting out - 1980 Suzuki GS750E available in the GTA

Re: 1980 Suzuki GS750E available in the GTA Hi there, I'm looking for a regulator rectifier for my GS 400. I'm told that most of the suzuki stuff from the era is compatible. Do you have a regulator rectifier and is it a 5 wire style? If you do have it, what's it worth to ya? Cheers, Steve...

    Sold!

Re: Clubmans in stock Black and Chrome I'm looking for a set of clubmans, but the first set I bought was too narrow and wouldn't clear the forks ( katana front end) The distance between the outside of the forks is 9 inches. Will those be close? Steve

    Lots of GS 400 stuff!

I have 2 front ends, one off a sporty model (1980) which is complete with 18 inch wheel ( and matching rear) I have an almost complete front end off an 82 GS 400L with a 19 inch front. I have a gas tank off the sport model with the knee dents that is in rough shape but definately salvageable...

Not a Cafe but it has two wheels and when I ride it the devil horns come out!

I'm selling my track bike. It's a 1989 yamaha FZR 600 that was built to be raced in the early 90s. It spent a few years being abused at Shannoville's "FAST" racing school before I bought it. The bike is track ready and running. It is ugly, but it always passes tech inspection and noise...

Looking for: Bar end mirrors, GS400 regulator rectifier, shorty mufflers

for version 2.0 of my 1982 GS 400 cafe ( the little ripper, or the GS400LR as it's become known) Also looking for some grips. I'm pretty broke, so the condition isn't a huge deal as long as the parts are useable. cheers from Ottawa, Canada and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

    Regulator Rectifiers

So I've determained that the reason I've blown my damned headlight so many times is because I tend to rev the hell out of my bike, and my rectifier is toast. I have an 81 GS 400. Here's my question: Do I have to buy the exact regulator rectifier or can I get away with using one off another...
