Drivable scaled Ferrari 312pb

Pretty awesome - might have to resurrect 'Bike of the Month' and put this on a banner at some point ;)
Amen! Hell, it's got a bike engine, seems like that would be close enough.

Hah! Thanks guys! Main frame 100% had the motor mounted and bolted to subframe and to my glee no flex!! Here is some pics next to my Mazda 6 and tundra to show more of the scale of the little guy!!

I realize it's not intended for highway use, but it sure would be intimidating to be in it surrounded by rush hour traffic, wouldn't it?

Looks fantastic!

Fab work looks great man, I really can't wait to see this thing as a roller with that engine bolted in.. It's gonna be a little rocket ship

Several years ago they came up w/ Legends series of racers. One could almost start a different version of that based on 1/2 scale vintage road course cars powered by Wing engines.

That would be awesome! I new this would happen, I am getting ready start a vintage f1 mini with a st1300 motor in place of the Ford V8! Frame and subframe done! Now on to rear suspension!

That looks fantastic. I highly appreciate the flat 6 replacing a flat 12 and a V4 replacing a V8, 100%. For big grins I imagine a BMW K bike or even one of the big boxers would also provide a very workable power plant for such a vehicle as well. (Of course, again, no reverse.) I'll admit, though, there is something poetic about the flat 6/flat 12 and V4/V8 match ups.

It's coming along nicely. I agree that the Gold Wing engine is perfect for this

I really wanted the engine to reflect the original! The differential is a Polaris sportsman XP 1000.

The differential and axles are both aftermarket. The right axle had to be shorter than the left so I had one custom made instead of cutting and welding and hoping it wouldn't break!
