Waiting on JB weld to cure on some cracks then try again with primer to see where it needs bondo if any.

This may or may not be the final colour but it now shows me all the places I need to fix up for the final paint and clear.

Just did a 3D print in ABS of some replacement plugs for the cowl. 2 of these are snapped off and gone. so we printed up 3 and another tab is being drawn to print as well

Ha Pid. I came on tonpost this and you said it first.

I've yet needed to find 3D printed posts and such. Being near "the Tail of the Dragon", local shops discard tons of plastic parts while repairing wrecks. They cheerfully give me a sack full when I've asked.

I had a couple scrap covers in the shop but they all had the rectangular pin, not the round ones.

Tank sanded and in high build. Not much to fix. I sanded out on minor dent when I found bondo but its shallow and rust free so will refill that and fix a few small nicks etc. Will be nice and smooth.

plopped seat on and the pins are good. the JB weld on the end of the seat is because the vinyl split on me. I'll smooth it and paint it black to hide it. easier than redoing the whole cover.
