    CB Cam Chain Setup Help!!!

LT lined up with timing mark, sprocket line in line with cylinder head ("horizontal" position), bump on the end of the cam (called Dowel Pin) also in the up position. The dowel pin is on the side of the shaft that comes out of the head, or the timing mechanism side. From here you can get in...

    CB Cam Chain Setup Help!!!

I'm at work so I can't reference this right now but I think there is one step you've overlooked. I believe that there is a nub, or bump, on the end of the cam shaft that needs to be the in up position, if I recall. With the LT line, spoket line and bump all in the correct positions, you can't...

    CB360 Cam Chain Tensioner

Pretty good chance it is the older design but a new older design is better than a used older design any day! I picked up one off ebay too. Keep the oil clean and the tensioner tensioned and you'll get some good use out of it. Hopefully someone will come up with a better material to use as...

    cb360 fork oil

Re: Scott's 1974 CB360 project- She is alive!!

Re: My 1974 CB360 project I saw that bike, I think you must of posted a link on another posting a while back, that is what got me thinking also. I didn't think the stock internal pump would have enough pressure to push the oil through a remote filter so I started looking into external pumps...

Re: Scott's 1974 CB360 project- She is alive!!

Re: My 1974 CB360 project Franz, I see you frequent this forum also, thanks for the tip on the internals over on Hondatwins. I wanted to throw this idea out there on this post as the oiling issue came up earlier. I'm contemplating a remote oil filter and cooler via an external electric oil...
